Can I use other cleaners with LUXE+?
Yes, you certainly can! Cleansing the skin is an essential preparatory step for a perfect shave, every time. The deep-cleansing formula maximizes superficial oil removal, so that downy hair stands up straight and can be removed effortlessly. It also tightens the skin so your device glides effortlessly over the skin.
How often should I use LUXE+?
We recommend using LUXE+ once a week for best results.
Can I go out in the sun after using LUXE+?
After a LUXE+ treatment, we recommend avoiding sun exposure for at least 48-72 hours. You can continue your normal daily activities as usual - just don't plan a trip to the beach right after your dermaplaning session! And as with any exfoliation treatment, it is essential to wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30 (or higher) every day. Any type of exfoliation (whether physical or chemical) reveals fresh skin that is more vulnerable to sun damage. It is crucial to protect your skin to maintain your results.
